BREAKFAST: Locally-made bread with strawberry-rhubarb jam, with chopped strawberries and peaches.
LUNCH: Garden Nachos - looks a bit messy, tastes delish. Local corn chips, local cheese, local onion. . . with lettuce, sweet yellow pepper, and hot pepper from my container garden. Yum. Plus sour cream and black bean dip on the side (not shown).
DINNER: Margarita Pizza - Pizza shell made in the GTA, with tomato sauce made locally, local mozzarella cheese, and basil from my container garden.
